Powered By CAN are seeking a passionate and dynamic Creative Producer to develop a youth theatre group for 14-18-year-olds. This role is perfect for someone with a background in production, facilitation, and youth engagement who is eager to create inspiring and high-quality performance experiences for young people.
This might look like;
Developing the artistic vision and programming of the youth group.
Planning, producing, and delivering projects, workshops, and performances with young people. Facilitating creative sessions that build skills in acting, devising, writing, and performance.
Collaborating with directors, writers, designers, and other artists to support high-quality productions.Supporting young people in their creative development, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment.
Term: 31st March 2026
Salary: £25,605 per annum pro rata

Freelance Creative Practitioners & Facilitators (Various Art forms)
Powered by CAN is recruiting dynamic and passionate Freelance Creative Practitioners to join our Arts Collective and Talent Pool of Creative Facilitators. We are looking for skilled individuals across a variety of art forms to deliver high-quality programmes, workshops and masterclasses for young people aged 2-21 years in the Black Country.
Our programmes cover a broad spectrum of creative disciplines and are designed to inspire, educate, and engage children and young people through participatory learning and artistic expression. If you are an experienced facilitator in one of the following areas, we would love to hear from you:
- Media & Digital Content
- Performing Arts

- Creative Enterprise

Service Delivery Play Worker
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of activities for children aged 6 to 12 years (16 with SEND) in Sandwell.
This project will deliver open access after-school and holiday play sessions across Sandwell.
To assist the service delivery officer in providing a caring, secure environment, through individual attention and a series of well planned, resourced and supervised activities on site and outreach venues across Sandwell.
Term: 31st March 2026
Salary: £11.44 to £12.50ph
